When Could Your CPP Status Be Revoked?

PixVerse is built on creative freedom and creator experience — a space where every artist can grow and express themselves openly.

We respect your creative pace, so we don’t set strict posting requirements or mandatory creative quotas.

However, to keep the community healthy, fair, and inspiring for everyone, PixVerse reserves the right to revoke creator benefits if any of the following situations arise (including, but not limited to):

I. Prolonged Inactivity or Consistently Low-Quality Output

  1. No Activity for 90+ Days You haven’t shared new work and haven’t participated in community discussions or activities for over 90 days, which affects community engagement.
  2. Poor-Quality or Problematic Content Recent creations involve plagiarism, violations, or fail to meet PixVerse’s basic creative standards.
  3. Noticeable Decline in Quality Your new work shows a significant drop in originality, effort, or creative standard compared to your usual level — or consistently receives poor feedback due to lack of improvement or disregard for community guidelines.

II. Abusing Platform Rules and Damaging Community Fairness

Includes but is not limited to:

  • buying/selling member accounts, credits, or benefits;
  • mass-registering accounts;
  • exploiting rule loopholes for unfair gains

—all of which damage the platform’s fair mechanisms and other creators’ rights.

III. Disrupting the Collaborative Atmosphere and Harming Community Connections

This refers to behavior that negatively impacts the cooperative and supportive nature of the community, such as engaging in personal attacks or spreading negativity.

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in personal attacks, defamation, malicious reporting, or spreading negativity and divisive messages;
  • Organizing or participating in activities that disrupt community order—actions that undermine the harmonious and supportive creative environment.

IV. Violating the Foundation of Collaborative Trust

This includes fabricating creative experiences or qualifications (e.g., false social media account, false award information, fake professional backgrounds).

It also covers concealing important business relationships (e.g., exclusive agreements with competitors) or obtaining platform resources through false promises.

Our Commitment and Expectations

These rules and obligations aim to safeguard every sincere creative effort, not to restrict creation. We firmly believe that only in a healthy, fair, and respectful environment—built through shared responsibility—can your inspiration truly thrive.

If you have questions about your creator status or obligations, please contact our customer support team at support@pixverse.com. We are committed to transparent communication and will handle all inquiries carefully.

We look forward to collaborating with every passionate creator and making PixVerse the ideal place for creativity to take root and thrive.
