PixVerse Originals: Turning Original Ideas into Official Productions

PixVerse Originals is PixVerse’s long-term initiative for developing and releasing original AI-driven work with creators around the world.

Selected projects may receive creative resources, project funding, production support, and distribution through PixVerse’s global channels.

The program is open year-round and is not limited to a single season, genre, or content format.

What Is PixVerse Originals?

At its core, PixVerse Originals is a development and production pathway for creator-led ideas.

A project might begin with a memorable character, a one-line premise, a distinctive visual language, or a world that has not yet been fully explored. It may also come from a work already in development that the creator wants to expand, refine, or bring to a wider audience.

PixVerse reviews each project individually, considering its creative potential, the creator’s vision, production feasibility, and relevant content opportunities.

The goal is not simply to produce another AI video. It is to help promising original ideas become more complete works with the potential to reach audiences around the world.

The original characters, story, and world remain the creator’s intellectual property. Distribution arrangements, collaboration scope, and potential future development will be confirmed separately before formal production begins.

Festival and Industry Opportunities

For projects with relevant potential, PixVerse may also support submissions to AI film festivals, industry showcases, and other external opportunities.

How Does PixVerse Originals Work?

PixVerse Originals uses an ongoing project-submission model.

Creators can submit their background, previous work, and original project ideas through the year-round application form. There is no need to wait for a specific seasonal open call, and projects do not need to fit the genres or formats explored in previous seasons.

The PixVerse team reviews submissions on an ongoing basis, considering:

• The originality and potential of the idea;
• The creator’s voice and previous work;
• Production feasibility;
• Relevant content plans and collaboration opportunities.

For projects that PixVerse would like to explore further, the team will contact the creator directly to discuss the creative direction, production approach, required support, timeline, and collaboration structure.

Submitting the form does not guarantee selection or immediate production, but each submission becomes part of the long-term PixVerse Originals project pool.

Season 01: The First Chapter of PixVerse Originals

PixVerse Originals Season 01 was the first focused production cycle within this long-term initiative.

The season resulted in 10 original works across live-action, animation, music video, and creative advertising, created in collaboration with talent from Indonesia, Ukraine, the United States, Canada, and China.

The formats, genres, available places, and production arrangements used in Season 01 reflect that specific season only.

They do not define the permanent tracks, selection criteria, or submission requirements for future PixVerse Originals projects.

Future collaborations will continue to evolve around new creators, new ideas, and the changing needs of PixVerse’s original-content plans.

Michael Heina developed a science-fiction ensemble world with five visually distinct characters, using detailed character design and a structured production workflow to support consistency throughout the project. PixVerse V6 played a key role in bringing its visual direction to life.

The Reckless Play — Maria Zozulia

One creator. Two weeks. More than ten characters.

Maria Zozulia independently created an animated action comedy combining barroom fights, wild chases, absurd humor, and a large cast, demonstrating what a solo creator can achieve through an AI-assisted production workflow.

Mars Landings — Mike Vogel

Welcome to humanity’s first resort community on Mars. There are no return shuttles—and there never will be.

Mike Vogel combined science fiction, ensemble comedy, and luxury-resort storytelling, using PixVerse to support the project’s reference-image and video production process.

These works are not templates for future Originals projects.

Instead, they demonstrate what PixVerse Originals can make possible: helping a creator turn a distinctive character, story, or world into a more complete production for a global audience.

Get Seen Through PixLight

PixLight is PixVerse’s flagship global AI competition.

Creators can submit an AI short film through the Pilot Track or an original screenplay through the Script Track, showcasing their storytelling, character development, world-building, and visual direction.

Winning entries and other standout projects will have a greater opportunity to be seen by the PixVerse team and considered for the next stage of PixVerse Originals development.

Participation or an award does not guarantee selection. Each project will still be evaluated according to its creative potential and the relevant production plan.
