PixVerse Joins the Ranks of Global AI Unicorns with Asia’s Largest Funding Round in AI Video Generation

PixVerse will accelerate its global expansion from its newly established global office in Singapore, targeting enterprise markets across North America and Asia

SINGAPORE — PixVerse announced the close of its Series C, the largest funding round in the AI video generation category in Asia, and its entry into the ranks of global AI unicorns. Having surpassed 100 million users across 175 countries by September 2025, PixVerse will use the round to accelerate its global expansion, including from its newly established global office in Singapore.

The round was led by CDH Investments, with participation from international investors Antler, EnvisionX Capital, iGlobe Partners, Lion X Ventures, UOB Venture Management, and 3W Fund, alongside other investors.

The global AI video generation market is at an inflection point. Demand for AI-generated video content is accelerating across entertainment, marketing, and enterprise applications, driven by rapid improvements in generation quality and the growing need for scalable, cost-effective content production. PixVerse has positioned itself at the forefront of this shift, with over 2.1 billion videos generated to date, 16 million monthly active users, and enterprise teams reporting 68% cost reduction and 57% faster production compared to traditional workflows.

“This round marks a new chapter for PixVerse, one defined by scale, reach, and the ambition to make AI video creation a universal capability. Our focus now is on deepening our business presence globally and putting our technology in the hands of more creators and businesses worldwide. We are grateful to our investors for sharing that conviction,” said Jaden Xie, Co-Founder of PixVerse.

Setting the Pace in AI Video Generation

PixVerse’s Series C comes on the back of a year of sustained technical leadership. In January 2026, PixVerse launched R1, the world’s first real-time video generation model, marking a fundamental shift in how video is created, experienced, and shared. Unlike conventional generation models, R1 produces video as a live, continuously responsive stream that reacts to user input, opening entirely new paradigms for interactive content.

PixVerse’s foundational model, V5.6, has been independently and consistently validated as one of the world’s leading video generation models by Artificial Analysis, the industry’s benchmark authority. As of February 28, 2026, V5.6 ranks number 2 globally in both Image-to-Video and Text-to-Video generation, placing PixVerse ahead of models from Google, Runway, and other leading international platforms.

Built on PixVerse’s proprietary Diffusion Transformer architecture, V5.6 generates 1080p video under a minute with native audio-visual synchronisation, precise multi-character coherence, and strong prompt adherence across cinematic and commercial use cases.

“At PixVerse, we are not just advancing video quality. We are reconstructing how people interact with content. When your input can change the direction of a video in under a hundredth of a second, the creative act shifts entirely. AI video set out to make creation universal. We are building toward something bigger,” said Changhu Wang, Co-Founder and CEO of PixVerse. “Everyone can build their own world.”

PixVerse’s global office in Singapore will support enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and global market development, with a particular focus on North America and Asia. “Opening our global office in Singapore puts us at the centre of an international network of partners, customers, and talent, and reflects our confidence in what this company can build from here,” said Wang, who is part of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s Global Founder Programme, an initiative that supports experienced founders to build and scale their companies from Singapore.

Fady Abdel-Nour, General Partner at Antler, said, “PixVerse is building one of the most exciting platforms in generative video. The team has combined world-class AI research with an intuitive product that helps creators create content that resonates and spreads. By helping creators generate truly viral moments, PixVerse is unlocking a new wave of creativity on the internet. We’re thrilled to support them as they continue to scale globally.”
